where I can get the Junk emails (Big Sur )
Mac mini, macOS 11.0
In Mail's sidebar, place the mouse over the account and click the triangle to expand the account mailboxes. Junk should be listed there.

Let me also add, if you want the IMAP Junk mailbox to appear under the main mailboxes under Favorites, right click or control click on Favorites and click the plus sign and add All Junk to favorites.
