Virtual computer lessons

I’d like to hire someone to help my mom with her laptop - answer all her questions, walk her though the ins and outs without making her feel foolish, and then type up the answers so she has a reference. Any ideas about how to do this virtually? Thanks!

Online Classes Has Apple thought about doing online classes for new Mac users (that are long-time Windows users)? I see from the same question asked that they did in-person training before COVID changed everything but I'm kinda surprised that, like others, Apple didn't take these training classes into the online format. Also a format where I can ask a question works better for me than to be given a link that either doesn't answer the question, steers away from the question, or isn't something that was asked. Which apple computers will allow my mom to initiate voice control of her computer just by using her voice? I want to know what apple desktop computer I need to buy to allow my mom to initiate voice control of the computer only by her voice. She can't see the buttons or the keys. I want her to be able to start applications using her voice. Is this possible? I have called Apple. They sent me a link. The link babbles and babbles and babbles and babbles about how mighty and wonderful Apple voice recognition system is, without ever saying a thing but blowing bigger and bigger bubbles of hype. Ten to one I will have to ask this question on reddit for any chance of getting an answer to the question but I thought I would waste another half hour of my life registering with this online form to ask the question. So far I have spent 15 minutes trying to set up a user profile and ask the question in this space but -- lol -- so far it has been forcing me to select from a drop down list of a whole bunch of different apple computers and the problem is, I don't KNOW which apple computer might have this ability. That is part of the question!
