Which apple computers will allow my mom to initiate voice control of her computer just by using her voice?

I want to know what apple desktop computer I need to buy to allow my mom to initiate voice control of the computer only by her voice. She can't see the buttons or the keys. I want her to be able to start applications using her voice. Is this possible? I have called Apple. They sent me a link. The link babbles and babbles and babbles and babbles about how mighty and wonderful Apple voice recognition system is, without ever saying a thing but blowing bigger and bigger bubbles of hype. Ten to one I will have to ask this question on reddit for any chance of getting an answer to the question but I thought I would waste another half hour of my life registering with this online form to ask the question. So far I have spent 15 minutes trying to set up a user profile and ask the question in this space but -- lol -- so far it has been forcing me to select from a drop down list of a whole bunch of different apple computers and the problem is, I don't KNOW which apple computer might have this ability. That is part of the question!
