shortcut to Voice Control

I have seen a number of people ask how to program a keyboard shortcut to activate Voice Control similar to the way we can program a keyboard shortcut to activate Dictation. I just spoke with an Apple support person about this. She will submit a request but suggests that we all file our request at apple.com/feedback in hopes that our "noise" (my words) will be heard.
