M1 MacBook Pro, issue with external monitor.

I am having issues with M1 MacBook Pro, every time I connect to an external monitor. I am having to restart or unplug and plug again. Any help is appreciated to solve this. I had the same setup with my previous MacBook Pro and had no issues with it.

M1 Macbook pro 14" external display problem Hi, I have a problem with the new 14" MacBook's. I had two use two external monitor plus the internal monitor as well at the same time, and somehow the USB C to HDMI output was dropping after a few minutes. This was happening in 8 different macs, also I tried different adapters too... didn't helped. Soon as I unplugged and plugged back the adapter it fixed the issue..... But the machines was used for a show.... so I need to find a solution before the next show. Did someone had similar issues with the new Macs?

macbook pro m1 external monitor won't work I have the new MacBook Pro m1 and it won't run an external monitor.

Is that because of the new OS (i.e. Big Sur 11.1)? My MBP 2018 has the similar question.
