Why my device not updating fully?

iPhone main ,Very slow update and sending by apps , and it’s new I just bought it on March 2020 , iPhone 11 Pro Max .

Hello,
as screenshot said, Install Now button will be active when you charge your phone's battery at least 50% or you connect charger to your phone.
I hope this solved your problem!
