Toolbar in notes is missing

Hello,

I am using Notes very often and on my new phone (up-to-date: iOS 14.3), it's not there.

Predictive keyboard option is on, as suggested in other posts.

Any idea?

Toolbar on Notes is missing I was trying to figure out how to put a table into one of my notes, which I remember being able to do a year or two ago, and according to everything I could find on the internet there should be a toolbar that appears above my keyboard which contains a table icon, but there isn't and I can't figure out why. I'm running the most recent iOS (12.3.1) and have already tried turning it off and back on again, closing and reopening the notes app, etc.

The toolbar above the keyboard will only be visible if you have Notes on iCloud or on "One My iPhone"
