Stackshots vs Crash Report

This is just a simple question (possibly), but one that I have not been able to successfully find an answer to. The question is, how do I switch from getting a stackshots report (when an app crashes) to the standard crash report (crash log)?

Thanks!

Thanks for responding!

Actually, I already know how to get to the crash log under "user reports" or "crash reports". I work in IT and sometimes users send me stackshots instead of the requested crash log. At first I thought they were using a 3rd party app that gets the stackshots report from their systems. But it appears stackshots is a built in feature of macos.

The curious thing on some customers macs, stackshots come up during a crash instead of the usual crash report. So I am thinking that there might be a setting somewhere where a user can switch between stackshots and the regular crash log.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
