Control Center Bug

I noticed this weird bug after updating to 14.3 last night. When I open the media control section in control center I can only go back to the main control center page by either swiping up or by tapping on the green section. For some reason if I click on the red section (which easier and more natural) nothing happens. I checked and it only happens in the media control.

Dialog boxes wont close I have noticed since upgrading to 11.3.1 that I am having a problem with dialog boxes not closing. This can happen when an application crashes of if a software installation has to request access to a drive or folder. Is anyone else seeing these issues. Example of what I am refering are attached:

Just to clarify, I have restarted my phone multiple times and this bug remains.
