I have noticed since upgrading to 11.3.1 that I am having a problem with dialog boxes not closing. This can happen when an application crashes of if a software installation has to request access to a drive or folder.
Is anyone else seeing these issues. Example of what I am refering are attached:

From your post we see you are having some trouble with prompts not closing after selecting an option. We want to do all we can to get this issue resolved! Does this continues after restarting the device? Try booting into safe mode and seeing if the issue continues there: How to use safe mode on your Mac.

My problem is that it's sporadic. When I install something sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't. So it doesn't appear that working consistently in safe mode doesn't seem like a long-term solution.
