Screen Sharing - Machine Reachable only through Jamf remote

Hi guys,

we are experiencing in more devices, mostly Mac OS Catalina and Mojave, that even if somebody is working on that machine, it is not reachable through screen sharing. Only way how we can reach it is using Jamf remote management, that even user can use screensharing, we had looked everywhere.

Can you help us ? This is system log from machine from ca 20 minutes session, when we tried to connect with classic screensharing, doesnt work, than with Jamf remote, successful, with that even after classic screensharing worked.

When the station is not reachable by screen sharing, it still pings. We are have this in Mac Pro (Late 2013), iMac (2015) Mac Mini (Mid 2018) Only iMac and Mini on Mac OS Catalina, others on Mojave
