FCPX Sound Effects not in the Correct Folder

Usually, you can find the "Final Cut Pro Sound Effects" folder inside: Computer>Macintosh HD>Library>Audio>Apple Loops>Apple. As you can see from the screenshots, it is missing in this folder, but the Sound Effects still do appear inside FCPX, is there another path that I can try?

You're missing the FCP Sound Effects, like this:

Did you use Download Additional Content in the FCP menu?
