My version of Netflix was not loading. So I uninstalled and planned to reinstall it. But now - I don't have a Netflix app available in my store. How do I get Netflix? Is my ipad too old?

iOS10 is considered by many to be old (don't blame me -- I have even older equipment!). Sometimes if you dig into the details of an app there may be a link to older versions in the description of the app. If there isn't then you may be out of luck unless you can convince Netflix to post an older version.
