My videos expire in emails

from my Iphone my videos I am sending my grand daughter to open up on her 18th birthday are gone. When I click on them it says "this file was uploaded by the sender using mail drop. Your file will begin downloading automatically. Don't see it? Try again" when I click on it nothing happens. Where are the videos and why are they expiring or not opening? Please help

I have an Iphone 11 pro but this also happened on my iphone 10

Email files my ipad has created two email files by itself, then one disappeared and the other I can not delete the mails from. I try to delete by swiping left it comes up with a message that says permission not granted then seems to delete the mail but when I close email and return later the message is back. Any thoughts would be useful. The file is called Archive the other was also called archive_plus my name. The _ one has disappeared🤷🏻‍♀️

Disappearing files I have an iPhone 11 and I’ve been saving various emails to specific files when I open those files emails disappear disappear

email presentation On my ipad I get get advertising emails with pictures included in the narrative. The pictures do not show but where they are located is an outline of the enclosing ‘box’ which contains a ‘?’. Why don’t the pictures show?
