Dropped calls after software update 14.2
Both my wife and my iPhones have been dropping calls since we updated our software 14.2 and still with 14.3. This has been going on the last couple of weeks. I have iPhone X and my wife and XR. We have Verizon service and they say it's an Apple software problem. We have had our phones checked at the Apple Genius bar and they say it's a carrier issue. This is becoming a real issue. We can't make a call for more than 5-10 minutes without the call dropping. We did not have this problem prior and are at a loss as to have to resolve this issue. We have tried using WiFi for calls and it doesn't matter.
Any one else experiencing this issue?
