Apple TV Streaming Quality is poor

Apple TV Streaming Quality is poor compared to Dish Hopper 3

I am trying to replace Dish with Apple TV so right now I have both. I find that streaming Youtube is obviously inferior on Apple TV in Audio and Video quality. The Audio is lower and less clear on Apple TV and the Video is lighter and less clear. I have checked Video and Audio settings for Apple TV and Youtube and they are fine.

At this point I'm inclined to keep Dish as it's streaming quality, remote control, ease of use and DVR are far superior to Apple TV with Youtube and Youtube TV .

Hard to believe a 3 year old Hopper 3 connected to the same TV is better than a $200 brand new Apple TV 4K (64). Let me know if you have a solution or if ROKU is better. I was trying to stick with Apple as everything we have is Apple and thought it would work well together..
