Difficult to initiate live TV streamings on Apple TV Gen5 over Inmarsat satellite KA band internet

Hello there,

I am having intermittent issue with an Apple TV when doing DirecTV live streaming over Inmarsat KA band high speed internet.

The internet speed is like 6-10Mbps and network latency is around 600ms due to the distance of the satellites. Sometimes, the Apple TV will just stuck as loading/buffering page or saying the content could not be loaded, while sometimes it works fine after a little bit long waiting.

I have tried Roku TV and it works much better than Apple, so I wonder if any settings I could change in the Apple TV to make it more adaptable to such high latency internet? Thank you!
