Hi. Thank you for your reply. I was indeed able to contact a real person using the link that you provided. However, the person was unable to help me reset my security questions for my Apple ID. So, finally I decided to use two-factor authentication. At the first attempt, it still asked me for my security questions (which I forgot), but after two attempts (I don't know how) I was allowed to set new security questions and to set my two-factor authentication thing. So thanks for your help.
