Airpods Pro Limited Settings?

Ok, so my Airpods Pro settings only allow me to change the "Press and Hold" but not any other like "Press", "Double Press", or "Triple Press". Is it just me or that's how Apple has set this up? I want to turn off the "Press" features, or at least make them do nothing, since I have too many instances of my music randomly playing when I'm just trying to fit them into my ear.

Unable to customize controls for Left and Right AirPods In the AirPod settings menu, the option to customize the left and right earbud force control functions is not there. My Airpods no longer allow me to pause music or video. I can't find anything to change in settings for single touch or double touch controls, only for the press and hold option. When I look at that, the only two options are Siri or Noise Control. I remember and the internet has confirmed that I should be able to control music with touch. The single touches and double touches are registering as I'm getting a tone when I do it, the sad sounding cancellation tone. Any ideas?
