fitness plus heart rate not showing up in treadmill workouts only (on watch or iPhone). Heart rate works fine and displays in all other workout types. All devices up to date, tried restarting and repairing the watch. Any ideas?

You probably have power saving mode on in the work out setting.
go to iPhone watch app > my watch > workout > turn off power saving
