I, along with Microsoft tech support remote access, have

been unable to complete the integration of Outlook (trial Microsoft Office 365)

and iCloud for Windows 10 on my Dell Windows 10 desktop computer. After the program downloads over 4 thousand

email, contacts, etc. and contact photos, the following error message is

received: “The exception unknown software exception (0x01483052) occurred in

the application at location 0x00007FFDF1D07BFD”, with a “Setup can’t continue

because Outlook isn’t configured to have a default profile. Check your Outlook settings and try again”

message.

Before uninstalling Office 2016 for the Office 365, I

noticed that the Outlook Address Book would not longer allow a Busines Card

view, and that Contacts and Calendar entries were no longer updating with other

devices. Our two iPhones, three iPads

and my wife’s Windows 10 laptop computer work fine with iCloud applications,

and are on my Apple iCloud account. These six devices are listed on my website

iCloud account, with my desktop computer no longer listed, and all the data

works fine from the website.
