Thank you Neil - When I click on the link High Sierra it takes me to the ap store and when I try to open it I get the message This copy of the Install macOS High Sierra application is damaged, and can‘t be used to install macOS.
Click on the Updates tab and install any security ones. If you still get that message, choose Applications from the Finder's Go menu, throw the installer away, and download a new copy.
