How can I remove my iPhone from lost list?
On the phone, log in with the screen passcode, or go to https://icloud.com/find and remove it from your account.
If you reported it lost with your carrier you will have to contact your carrier.
NOTE: I assumed you were the one to report it lost or stolen. If it wasn’t you turn it in to the police, as knowingly owning stolen property is a crime in itself.

Apple does not do business in Iran. It is illegal to give or sell an iPhone or any Apple product to anyone with the intent of taking or sending it to Iran.
You bought a stolen phone. You will never be able to use it.
From whom did you purchase the phone? Apple Store? Authorised Reseller? Back of a lorry?
Yes, It is mine and I purchased this phone from a store in Iran.
When I want to buy sim card from Verizon company I face this error.
I suspect the store sold you a stolen phone. If it’s a Verizon phone it was originally sold in the USA.
