Hello haouel,
Here is how to remove a device from your find my:
In Find My iPhone on iCloud.com, click All Devices, then select the device you want to remove. If you don't see All Devices, it's because you've already selected a device. Click the name of the current device in the center of the toolbar to see the Devices list, then select a new device. Click Remove from Account.
To deactivate Lost Mode, simply open Find My on another device, tap Devices at the bottom in the toolbar, tap the name of the device you want to deactivate Lost Mode on, scroll down to Mark As Lost, tap on the button below it, and tap Turn Off Lost Mode.
If you need further help, contact Apple
Sincerely,
Captain

Go to www.icloud.com and remove the device from your account. Why do you want to remove the device from Find My? If you do that, the thief would be able to restore the iPhone and use it.
