New MacBook Air Not Communicating with Brother Printer

One of my MacBooks won't communicate with my Brother MFC L371ocw printer. I own two 2020 MacBook Air laptops. They are identical in every way, except that one will communicate with my printer and the other one won't. All of their settings appear to be the same. Both laptops will attach to my wifi, but when I send a document from one to the printer nothing happens. It keeps "searching". Both laptops are running Big Sur 11.1

Someone please help!
