Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support is a good resource.

Also, try using the advice listed in Set up and use iCloud Contacts - Apple Support

Depending on how old your old device is, you can use fast transfer of data. (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=iphone+fast+pair+data) This video describes that process. Let me know if your Modell doesn't support that and I'll help you.
