Photos app cant import all photos from iPhone

I have multiple problems with photos when trying to copy them to the Mac for backup purposes. 80GB 25000 library. Big Sur 11.1, iOS 14.3

1) photos app constantly crashes halfway during import

2) not all photos getting to the library, some won’t even after multiple tries. after relaunching app I see them again as not imported. That's the biggest problem.

3) image capture can't copy everything from iPhone (and crashes halfway on some files)

4) iMazing can copy raw file structure (with some files “locked” and cannot be accessed) but it’s not all of the actual photos in iPhone (900 missing) 

hardware is ok, can reproduce that on other phone and MacBook, photos app on the phone looks ok

is there any way to rebuild Photos app database on iPhone? can I try anything else?
