I don’t know what happened with my phone screen. So do I have to change the screen?
That doesn't look good and shows the signs of a failing Display or the Logic board.
(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
(2) If that does not help your phone might need service ➔ Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
