I can’t copy text after updating my iPhone XS Max iOS

After my IPhone XS Max updated I am having hard times to copy from my notes and CANNOT copy at all from any social media comments, even my own!!!

I use notes for my work daily! And after I press 20 times and it’s finally give the option to “copy” But! The option “cut” and “paste” GONE!

Guys! What did you do??? I have to work now way longer just because those options...😭😭😭 How to put back easily copying and “cut”, “paste” options back at list to my notes....
