Hi having issues with my right hand, can we plug the left ear cuff to the left side and use the Digital Crown with left hand. As ear cuffs are magnetically attached .

Hello yfhima and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you have a question about using your AirPods Max in a reversed orientation.
The ear cups you refer to do not have an effect on the orientation of the sound. In other words, if you wear the AirPods Max reversed (regardless of if the cups are switched), the stereo image will be reversed.
