Hello, I am the administrator of an iCloud family plan that I share with members of my family.
One of my sisters, in my plan, would like to "move" her account from the current family plan that I run, to his husband's own family plan.
How do we do this?

is there any risk of losing any of her data?
because there will be a phase in which she will be in neither plan. She currently exceeds the quota of a standard free plan.
