Thanks for your reply. I’m a new MacBook user, I just got my new MacBook a few days ago and this is my first MacBook, I’m still learning how to use it. I just heard that the cached files takes up space and swap memory somehow puts a strain on the disk to possibly shorten its lifespan I don’t know. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Okay, I got it. Again thanks for your reply.

Memory Pressure is showing all Green (?), swap is only 219MB...
You do not have to micro-manage Memory
64 bit version of Applications can take advantage of more memory/application.
32-bit apps are limited to ~2GB per application...
What is the bigger issue here?

You do not have to worry about any of those concerns.
You have plenty of Memory. Your swap file showing is a mere 219MB —— I see no issues here.
Caches files are used to make your machine faster and more efficient.

Memory pressure goes from Green to Yellow to Red.
If you see Red, simply reboot the Mac if you have an associated issue here.
My best advice do not launch the Activity Monitor.app
