How do I free up the memory, cached files and swap memory?

Memory Pressure is showing all Green (?), swap is only 219MB...

You do not have to micro-manage Memory



64 bit version of Applications can take advantage of more memory/application.

32-bit apps are limited to ~2GB per application...



What is the bigger issue here?

You do not have to worry about any of those concerns.


You have plenty of Memory. Your swap file showing is a mere 219MB —— I see no issues here.


Caches files are used to make your machine faster and more efficient.
