When was the Last Time this computer was Re-Started
That would Clear RAM and possible the Swap File too.
Since the swap data is a file on the drive, it would suggest the drive is full, or nearly so. Give P. Phillips' suggestion a try and restart. It may clear a huge swap file so the OS can start fresh.
Can you send a screenshot of the message? How much free space is there on your system drive?
