Endless spinning Accessing TV on Apple TV 3rd gen (A1469) after fw update 7.6.2

Since fw update 7.6.2 on Apple TV 3rd gen (A1469) I am getting Accessing TV... spinner all the time when launching TV icon. Movie banners at the top of main menu are loaded, by clicking them the same story Accessing TV... spinner.

Have tried, restarting, log off / on, other valid (subscribed to Apple TV) AppleIDs, physical power off, everything listed in all combinations. Nothing changed. Even with signed off AppleIDs the same spinner all the time.

I was almost ready to purchase new device OR to say enough is enough for Apple (I remember previous fw update for Apple TV with completely broken YouTube), but hopeless tried to check random settings... Language is looking like not selected. But my Apple TV all previous years was set to English and all interface was English. So, I selected English again. Magic!!! TV was loaded after short timeout with Accessing TV. Hope it can help someone.
