How can I hard reset my phone?

How can I hard reset my phone? & if I hard reset, will I lose any valuable information/ photos?

Grand Rising. Suddenly last night, my Iphone 11 got stuck on a specific screen. I can not turn the phone off or open the phone, it is still stuck on a specific screen. Please halppp

Try using the steps listed in Force restart iPhone - Apple Support. If successful, you will not lose "any valuable information/ photos."
