I am trying to reset my iPhone 11 to factory settings before I give it away and I keep getting stuck on turn off….it goes back to my Home Screen

Factory reset iPhone xr My phone is stuck on the factory reset screen . I can’t seem to get it to do anything . It’s no reloading or anything , been like this for the best part of an hour . Any ideas would be useful
