iCloud is full

hi, my icloud is full due to many back up. if i were to delete the back up including the back up from my current phone, will i loose everything ?

WARNING: If you delete the iCloud backup for your iOS or iPadOS device, iCloud stops automatically backing up the device.

Regarding your question - will i loose everything .

See the section - iCloud backups include nearly all data and settings stored on your device. iCloud backups don't include:

Make sure the applications like notes , mails , photos must be synced to iCloud , if you turn off the back up slider from iPhone , the new fresh data , mails , photos will not be backed up and it will be stopped even your applications are synced with iCloud .
