iMac Trade-in

I tried to trade in a 2013 iMac, went through all the steps, got a trade-in kit, sent it out and now I have received it back. No explanation, no email from Phobio or Apple. I verified it is in working condition and reformatted it before I sent it out. No scratches or display issues. It matched all of the specs that I was quoted for off the website. It has a new shipping label from the location it was received. Can anyone tell me what happened? If they rejected it, I would like to know why. I would've even opted to recycle it if given the opportunity.

You are not talking to Apple on these forums, they are simply our host but do not read or participate in the forums. We are all end users just like you and cannot speculate what occurred in your situation. I would recommend contacting AppleCare who can likely get your call directed to the appropriate staff so you can get some answers
