Security update for macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

Trying to install a security update for macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Computer reboots for the installation but then the App Store shows that it is still a required update. Is there something else I need to do because it is an older machine?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13
