I Phone 11 Pro showing wrong percentage

So my IPhone suddenly started showing the wrong percentage, this has been going for 3 to 4 days now and I have tried everything from charging it to 100% or draining the battery completely and leaving it like that for 30 minutes. Is there a way to solve this?

An example of the problem is when I charge my phone to 100 and open an app, after 5 minutes of use it suddenly goes to 20%, then after 5 more minutes it goes to 1% but I can still use it for 5-6 hours

To investigate the issue, there are some tools built in to the iPhone that we can use to look at the battery health and what is consuming the battery on your iPhone. If you navigate to Settings > Battery > Battery Health on your iPhone, do you see any alerts in that menu indicating there is an issue with the battery? You can take a look at more information here:
