Spilled white wine on keyboard. Takes long to turn on and works slowly.
Can my Mac air be repaired? Or is it toast and need to have refurbished?

Only an authorized repair person will be able to answer that question and only after s/he has opened it. For now, turn it off and resist the temptation to use it.
