Image capture crashes after scanning 1 page

Hello. I have a problem with Image Capture. Here are all the details

Printer: Samsung C460fw

Printer connected through wifi using AirPrint

When I try to scan any page it will finish the page and then immediately image capture closes. Nothing is saved. If I use the document feeder it will feed all the pages but still nothing saved.

I have 2 Mac computers. The other computer it works fine.

Working computer

iMAC 2013 model

OS 10.15.7

Computer it's not working

Macbook air

OS 10.15.7

When the printer was new both computers worked fine for years, but now since an update I've had these problems. I don't remember which update now.

Any advice?

I was thinking maybe image capture needs to be reinstalled or something but I don't know if that's something that can be done.

Have you installed the driver from the manufacturers website?
