It sounds like your iPhone isn't able to play videos on your device but you can hear the audio. Are you noticing this behavior in all apps or only a few specific third party apps that you can stream content with? Do you have videos in the Photos app that have the same behavior? What about when you're viewing videos using Safari?
You can also try to restart your phone and make sure it is updated:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
