Add it Using your Computer:

Go Here: Change, Add, or, Remove Payments Methods. It would come out of your Apple ID first. So, add the gift card using your computer. It would be more user friendly doing so.

iCloud Storage Plans:

50GB: $0.99

200GB: $2.99

2TB: $9.99
