I had rebooted my laptop by pressing command and R

Now it’s blank screen

Press and hold the power button to shutdown the Mac. Or you can perform an SMC Reset to power off the Mac.


If you are having problems with the laptop you can try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R instead of standard Recovery Mode which is located on the laptop's hard drive/SSD.


You can also try booting into Safe Mode.
