Preview app. Issue with images resolution exported from pdf.

We understand you are unable to change the resolution option on photos and we're happy to help. First, does the same issue occur after restarting the Mac using the steps here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac ?

Also, does the same issue occur in a different user account? If you have another user account already set up, then you can use that one. If not, please follow the steps here: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac to set up and test in a different user account.

Automator has an action for extracting an image from a PDF page. I created a new folder on my Desktop named PDF2Image, and when I save the following Automator application to my Desktop, I can drag and drop a PDF onto the Automator application, and it will generate a sequential image in that PDF2Image folder for each page in the PDF — at the specified resolution.

I am facing the same issue but so far no luck in resolving the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
