back up error

Hello, iCloud does not back up my iPhone although I have 4 GB available. Error message is " This iphone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Mew phone back up I just received my new iPhone 11 and it did not back up overnight. I have an error meaaage saying not enough iCloud storage. It used to Replace the old backup...not add it to last back up.

backup not working Hopefully someone has seen this - I'm getting a message that says my iPhone Xs cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage, however when I go to iCloud, I have tons of storage available. Do I need to go to an Apple store to get help?

See - If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
