iPhone 12 pro max display issue

Will iPhone 12 pro max display problem can be solved by software update?

The picture below is comparing with xs max in same brightness level. When viewing in different angle i notice display problem.

I came to know that using privacy protecter or light reflect screen protector makes screen dim.

prblm fixed.
