Does screen time end at down time if app is approved for all day

When setting screen time and app is approved for all day, does that mean until midnight or at the start of their downtime?

Hi there,

We appreciate you sending these additional details over. If you select "All Day" it will go until midnight when the App Limit resets for the next day.

We understand you have some questions about setting up Screen Time and we're happy to assist. Any App Limits that are set in Screen Time will automatically reset every night at midnight. Apps that are set to "Always Allow" will be available 24/7 and won't be affected by Down Time. We have more details at Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

So I have set limits to apps, but if they request more time and it gives the options for 15 minutes, and hour or all day, does all day mean till midnight or until the down time Iv set. Say it set for a hour then they request more time and it’s all day. Will it turn off at when Iv set at 9 or go until midnight?
