No Email From Instagram

I hope you will help me. My problem is that I am not receiving any emails from instagram. I have requested to reset password for my instagram account but not received any email from them. I have linked this email to my instagram account. I don’t know what the problem is. I know I have the right email because I would get emails from instagram before, I’m not sure why it’s not sending now.
